In view of regulations restricting business operations and in the now very likely prospect of more drastic confinement decisions, we would like to inform you that GEREP has taken all human and technical measures to guarantee the best level of service in this atypical period.
All our staff have the IT resources and documentation needed for working together. Our resources enable us to answer all your questions and access your files anywhere, including remotely.
GEREP has taken account of the situation to date, and will remain attentive, regularly assessing the effectiveness of its precautionary measures.
We therefore guarantee our Business Continuity Plan.
In order to support the decisions taken by government, as of today:
• we have generalised teleworking by our employees,
• we give priority to using teleconferencing for meetings,
• we have set up a daily steering committee “PCA COVID-19”.
We are of course attentive to maintaining our quality of service. To help us in this, we ask you to give preference to exchanging admin data using IRIS, our online tool for individual insureds and corporate clients, or by email. Messages via IRIS are treated as priority. You can also reach us on our direct lines or mobile phones.
